Cancellation policy

1. Standard Bookings
   

   • Cancellations made up to 24 hours before arrival are free of charge.

   • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival, the guest will be charged for the first night.
     

   • If the guest does not show up without having cancelled (No-show), the entire booking will be charged.

2. Non-refundable bookings
   

   • These bookings will be charged in full at the time of booking.

   • No refund will be given in case of cancellation or changes.

3. Group bookings (3 rooms or more)/Conference bookings

   • Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
     

   • For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total cost will be charged.
     

   • For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, the full cost will be charged.

4. Check-in and check-out
   

   • Check-in takes place between 15:00 and 18:00. In case of late arrival, please let us know in advance.
     

   • Check-out takes place no later than 11:00 on the day of departure. Late check-out may be subject to an additional fee.
     

   • If nothing else has the upper hand

5. Force Majeure

   • In the event of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics or other circumstances beyond our control, Kristianopel Gästgifveri reserves the right to change or cancel the cancellation policy.
